Okay, in Social Studies, this African America lady comes to our school and tells us about the black's part in the Civil War. And she teaches us dancing music ect. But we have a homework assignment to do an act of kindness that is NOT like holding a door for someone or if somebody dropped their books picking them up for them. No, we need something BIG that effects two or more people, like for example planting flowers on school property to make the school look prettier. Well, yeah, the assignment is due MONDAY! and I have been thinking about all of the ideas all week, I have nothing. And people have been taking the most easiest things. But I want to stun my class, and get a good grade, so any ideas? Please, I want something that I can do that is easy but stunning. Please help, 10 points for the answer with most affort!

Ask an older person or single woman in your neighborhood if you can mow a lawn or do some yard work. Perhaps someone needs help moving someone. I live by myself, and if someone knocked on my door, saying they were working on a community project, I know I'd have things to haul away, be moved, or lawn work to do. Many older people have the same problems.

Today is Sunday. Go to church. Pick up a church bulletin. Look for the church's social action opportunities. Nearly every church is looking for volunteers to help with something of value to the community, especially for those most in need of help.

Tell your class you want them to pay it forward like the movie. If you haven't seen it then basically a young kid does an assignment like yours but when he helps people he makes them pay it forward by helping two or three other people instead of paying him back for his help so he helps 2 or 3 people and they all help 2-3 people each and those people all help 2-3 more people and it very quickly adds up.

Pay it Forward means you do something and when they offer to pay you you tell them that instead of pay they need to do a good deed for someone else.

An idea is to help an elderly couple get their yard ready for summer - weed, rake leaves, even plant their flowers for them if they want.

Ask the people who live near you, if you can have a copy of their last year's completed tax returns so you can find missed deductions.

Oh, and if you want it to be a Random Act of Kindness, select every other house number.

properly, i grew to become into going to be snarky and answer with an all caps "no", yet then I examine something of it and found out which you will be the kindest person on earth. God bless you, my son.
