I need to make a crossword puzzle for a project due tomorrow at 8:00. It is 10:15 pm here, I need to print 27 copies and I can't because I can't find a good website to make one!! Puzzlemaker didn't work and all the others you need to subscribe to!!

You can download a nifty little software called Crossword Compiler from http://www.crossword-compiler.com/
I have personally used this software for creating several crossword puzzles - cryptic and straight definition kinds. What you'll really enjoy is that it auto generates words in your chosen grid and these can be flipped really easily. Thereafter there are several tools which will help you make clues like an anagram search, etc.
