School problems!!! Please answer this!?

I am having a little bit of trouble in school when i take tests!! When ever i take a test at school i always think i did a good job and when i get my task back its a big fat F !!!!!! I can never pass any tests !!! What are some things i can do to do better on tests???? Please help me ! I really want to get better grades on my tests!!!

Study by using flashcards. Also, make sure that when you do study that you take breaks. If you study for hours non-stop your brain will begin to delete what you have learned. If there are any practice test in books, then make sure you take them to practice.

Use Falsh Cards Always on the last 2 days of the test keep studying for 2 hours

It always helps me when i get a lot of sleep and eat a good breakfast. If it is math you are talking about, always double check your answers
