Report of the trip to london 2009

The first day ( monday, 14.09.09 ) :

On monday i stood up hasty on two o' clock in the morning , because our bus started at four o'clock. I carried my traveling bag into the car and a few minutes later , my brother , my mum and me drove to the meeting point in Rastede. We waited there for our teacher and the other classmates. After that we were allocated for our seats. Finally the bus hit the road.
We drove through the Netherlands, Belgium and France, where we took the ferry to England. It was a long time to boarded the ferry , beacause the boarder had to check out all passports.
When we arrived in London, we was very happy to dismounted. We searched our traveling bags and Ramon, Tizian, Lukas and me waited for our family. When we saw our host mother we had to smile , 'cause Mr. Kowalski said, we get the strictest family. And of courcse she looked pretty hard. During the ride back to her home we talked about our families and our hobbys. At home we packed out our chlothes, ate something and lay down to sleep.

The second day ( tuesday, 15.09.09 )

We stood up at six o' clock in the next morning , ate something, got our lunchpacket and drove to the underground station, where we met our classmates. We got a travelcard for one week , so we can use the underground (tube) whenever we wanted. We met us at the Victoriastation in london. After that the class went to the Trafalgar Square. We should make the London Walk. When we were finished, I went with Ramon, Tizian, Lukas, to the next underground station and drove to the Oxfordstreet, because we had enough time and wanted to shop. A few hours later we went to the Covent Garden. After we appeared there we saw a streetperformer who tried to exempt himself from a hugh rope , that was tied around his body. It was a rainy day and because of that we got more free time to explored the city. After a hard day we drove back to the Victoriastation and boarded our train at 6.21 pm to came back to our family in Bromley.

The third day ( wednesday, 16.09.09 )

So the last days we stood up at 6 o' clock , ate something , got our lunchpackets and drove to the meeting point Bromley South and with the tube to the Victoriastation. We talked with our teachers and got some free time. The first thing we (Nico, Julian and me) did, was to went to the Buckingham Palace. Then my group and me drove with the Victoria- and Centralline to the Oxfordstreet and Westfield, a big shopping center, and shoped a litte bit. Westminster was really big and all famous designer and famous electronic stores were inside. Then Ramon, Tizian, Lukas and me went to the Natural History Museum. We did a tour through the museum. It was really interested. In the evening we met us in chinatown to ate together in a restaurant ( Mr. Wu ). After that we went throug chinatown and could bought something for the ride back to Germany.
Because we were in a restaurant we came back home later. We get the train at 9.22 pm from Victoriastation to Bromley South, where our host mother was waiting for us. The day was so hard and long so we fell asleep when we arrived at home.

The fourth day ( tuesday, 17.09.09 )

Like the other days we stood up at the same time , ate something , got our lunchpacket and drove to Bromley South and then to Victoriastation. In the morning we drove to Greenspark, because we wanted to see the ghettos. On the ride to Greenspark we was really scared. Nobody else was in the train. But it was boring there so we drove to the House of Parliament ,visited it and taked pictures of the guards and the buildings, and to the Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Kings Cross, London Eye and Big Ben. In the afternoon we met the other classmates at the Camden Market. But the market was really poor. Therefore we drove to Westfield again and bought some things for the ride back to germany and relaxed there for a hour.
After a exhausting day the classmates and me drove to Bromley South, where the families were already waiting for us. In the evening we packed our bags and gave our host family some gifts and we thanked her for the time she maked our food and brougth us to the meeting point. Then we went to our room and fell asleep.

The fifth day ( friday , 18.09.09 )

First, all I see is what you done day by day. I want to know what you experienced, what did you learn, how did it make you feel. You want to make your report like a story. Something that will capture your audience's attention and hold them fast while they learn from your experiences.

Example:

Germany to London trip, XXXX Kilometers

Wow, I had no idea of all the different cultures there were along the trip. The farmers were out tending their fields and as we passed through the towns, the women were selling and trading goods produced from their husbands farms.

As we approached London, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was so different from the stories I heard. There people coming and going in all directions, on foot and in automobiles, 24 hours a day. I wanted to mingle, but we had a set plan of what we were going to see and where were going during our trip.

It was so amazing to see the Buckingham Palace and to learn all about the heirs to the thrown and the jewels. Outside the palace, there are two guards who stand motionless for hours and hours at a time. I can't imagine doing this, because I can't even sit still for more than a couple of hours. Then we saw sights like Big Ben, the famous London bridge and other historical sights.

In my hotel, I shared a room with several of my classmates. It's not what I'm accustomed to, but I made do. And, although we talked about our experiences, we now fantasized about what it would be like to live in London.

On our long journey back to Germany, I occupied myself with different things including games, music and rest. But, in the back of my mind I wondered if I will ever visit London again.

Your Name

Include a few pictures that go along with your report.

See, as you read my example, I caught your attention and you learned what I experienced.
