My book report for school requires me to make a commercial for the book i read and i was wondering if it is considered plagiarism or copyright infringement to use movie clips in them. I'm in high school and my project will not be viewed by anyone other then my class and i will not receive anything for it other then a grade.

PS. The book i read was World War Z by Max Brooks and would be using clips from movies like House of the Dead and other movies similar. What first came to my mind was something like this:

At the end off the movie just give credit to all the movie clips you used. Thats all there is to it! It's only plagerism if you don't give credit because thats saying that YOU made the clips.

fool savant isn't an appropriate word to apply. It does portray a savant. the character in Rain guy portrays somebody with Aspergers. Aspergers is at the instant on the Autism spectrum in the DSM-IV even though it ought to be changing to its very own classification in the DSM-V by way of how little it extremely resembles Autism. the two Aspergers and Autism have a super array of funtionality. each and each case is distinctive, each and each individual is distinctive. in case you desire a nearer portrayal of Autism, watch the movie residing house of enjoying cards.

Just give proper credit to the sources.

If you want to avoid it at all costs, re-enact what happened in the clips.

I think as long as you reference them and state that it is not your work then it should be fine!!

Ask your teacher!!
