There is absolutely nothing wrong with that as a stand-alone sentence, assuming the interview is to be with the manager and another person (female) who has been identified earlier. Those who are saying 'she' have no concept of correct grammar. Whatever you put there is the object of the preposition 'with,' so it must be 'her.' If the speaker were the second person, it would be 'with the manager and me,' or if the second person were male, 'with the manager and him.'

Taken out of context, there is nothing obviously wrong with the sentence.

Perhaps there is something wrong with the sentence when it appears in its context. For instance, the pronoun "her" might have no clear antecedent. If that's the case, then you should use the referent rather than a confusing pronoun, such as "Your job interview with the manager and one of the supervisors will last for an hour."

On the other hand, if your antecedent is clear, and if the tone of the entire passage is consistent, then I don't see any problem. For instance:

- This position's supervisor is not available today. Instead, you'll be meeting with one of the other supervisors in the department. Your job interview with the manager and her will last for an hour. The receptionist will direct you to the reserved conference room. You should bring additional copies of your resume.

Given the right context, I don't see any problem.

Manager and her does not make sense in any way

Your job interview will last an hour OR Your job interview with her will last at least an hour.

makes more sense, forget about the manager they already know they are going to have an interview with the manger.Trust Me I've Got MEDALS For My English!

It should be Your job interview with the manger and she will last for an hour.

There is no "and her" that is what is wrong !!

Or unless the "and her" stands for someone else, if so you put there name, not just "her".

You only put her/him when you are refering to someone and that there name is in the same sentance !!

"her and the manager" sounds "more correct" in my opinion

like others have said: assuming the female has already been named

it's correct the problem is with you as you didn't mention the sentence(s) that preceed it. the pronoun her refers to a female person, for your information, that is mentioned earlier

"manager and her" sounds kind of dodge... maybe "Your job interview with she and the manager..." or "Your job interview with herself and the manager..."

I dunno man.
