Union workers generally get paid more than non-union workers, there benefits are better, BUT they're not always more productive,i feel they're more lazy cause they know it'd be hard to fire them,i think non-union workers are more productive and put out a better Quality product

Unions are tight nit operations, that limit peoples freedom to choose where they work. And they unfairly get tax exemptions. So they can pay thier workers more, and still be competitive. Whats the difference between the workers, I dont know.
