Write a short play and have a few classmates perform it with you. Maybe a few of you could get together and make it a group project. Check with your teacher though before assuming that everyone involved will get credit. :)

surely you have some guidelines. If your instructor said "you have to do an English project" and that's all, well then you could do ANYTHING!! such as how much tea does the average Brit drink today versus the average Brit 300 years ago. dang! if it's the English Language you're talking about and you have to write about a book or an author, you'll have to let us know, please. Or maybe you could do like Bill & Ted and go back in time and round up a few famous authors to come with you to the 21st century and have them give a speech to your class (SanDimas High School Football ROOOLZ!!!) .

I like Richard Brautigan. Maybe you could read some of his work and delve into his life story and give a presentation.

Or maybe convert a short story into a short film script. That way you'll get the practice and gain the knowledge needed to be a screenwriter.

My brain hurts.

Well lets take to the "LITERARY" sense:

Build a City that has different structures, landmarks, etc.

*The School Albhabets

*Shakespear's Theater of Plays

*The River of English History

*Buildings of Poems

*Museum of famous Books

Think of your favorite books and make them mean something in the town:

*Pride and Prejudice = the court's name

*Secret Garden = Well, simply make a garden and call it that.

*Romeo and Juliet = call it a cementary

I don't know.... be creative! :-)
