follow the steps for the electronic source
"Name of article." Name of webstite underlined. Last update or publish date. editors. date you referenced article.
sure you bracket the address. if address is really long just give the most necessary info (the first parts). also if editors or other info isn't given then just skip it.
PS this is MLA

http://www.citationmachine.net/ has both MLA and APA citations, and you'll need more info than that. All of it can be found on Wikipedia--the foundation is Wikimedia, but that's the hardest one to find.
You don't want to put the date it was originally published, but rather the date it was last edited (usually the current date).
If you have a teacher like the above answerer, never fear: there is a long bibliography at the end of each article which you can use to find other sites for reference.

In regards to the question, reference Wikipedia the same way as any other website. I am not familiar with MLA or APA style (my uni uses Harvard) so just follow the guidelines of these styles for normal websites.
I was more intending to warn you to be careful when referencing wikipedia, due to it's user-editable function many academics will refuse to accept it as a credible reference so check with your marker before doing so!

That sounds good. I would do it that way. If credit is provided in the article for say, 1 or 2 people, you can probably safely include that information as well. If there are many authors/contributors, you may want to skip that info as it may not really be helpful.

The answer is to NEVER use Wikipedia as a source because anyone can contribute information, and the information is not reliable. I do not allow my students to use Wikipedia as a source.
