All I do know is that it cannot be a craggy waterfall .The complete opulate drop has to be completely free falling without obstacles such as

the craggy rocks or acrevia from the rocks or hillside (from which it is falling from..This water fall cannot be so high that the perfect opulate or drop can change or be vaporized on its way down

either. It must be an waterfall with an off the main fall that drips but is considered part of the whole waterfall...But These are not bad clues..for someone who may have the best estimate for an answer.

Angel Falls. It is somewhere in South America. Not sure which country. Don't remember the drop, but it is in the Guiness Book, that much I do remember.

I hate it when people leave the question open for a long time. Choose the best answer and give credit to those who deserve it.
