Paraphrasing of essays? You mean cheating? People will pay for help in cheating in direct proportion to how desperate and unethical they are.

that is certainly breaking the code of conduct at your school. You can get in big trouble for it. The point of having students do those assignments is to build their skills. They won't get better if you do the work for them.
