Ideas for a short story the beginning: 'I couldn't believe my eyes.'?

I am writing a short story for school, and the beginning of the story must start with 'I couldn't believe my eyes.' I cannot come up with anything! So... Please help!

i couldnt believe my eyes. the blood on my hands almost had a pulse of its own. i stand over a girls body, i dont know who's the blood is becasue both our clothes are covered.
