You should always back up your point with evidence. try the 'PEEL' technique.

P-point

E-evidence

E-explain

L-link

for example:

I think that you should buy us more rubbers. I think this because we only have 3 rubbers per class. if you bought more rubbers then we would be able to learn from our mistakes more. that is why you should buy more rubbers.

also write in a more formal tone and use theosaurases to impress your class with long words.

when you are delivering use cue cards but only write bullet points on them so you are not reading and you can look at the audience.

make sure you end with a conclusion and good luck! :)

Well if its a persuasive piece i would focus on PRAMFROGS.

Persuade

Repition

Alliteration

Metaphor

Facts

Rhetorical Question

Opinion

Group of 3

Similie

Then you get basic marks for speaking clearly and listening to everyone else eg not speaking while they are talking. When i did mine 2 years ago i had to talk about frankenstein and i got an A* you just need to be clear and to the point. Use pramfrogs and you will get the top mark.

as quickly as I first began conversing in front of folk it helped me to faux i replaced into somebody else. i could fake i replaced right into a newscaster or something like that. It somewhat helped... so far as a topic rely... something - something - something you're confident approximately - try this!
