If she spent 3/4 of her money and spent $2 on the necklace, then $2 was equal to 1/4 of her total spending. Therefore, the total amount she spent was $8

$4 snacks

$2 face painting

$2 necklace

I'm guessing $8? since 1/2+1/4= 3/4, and u hve tht the necklace cost $2, I would count tht as 1/4 of her entire purchase also. So the snacks were $4 (since 1/4+1/4=2/4=1/2), the face painting $2, and the necklace also $2. My EDUCATED GUESS!! Good luck!
